• One account per person is allowed - multiple accounts will result in permanent ban

• All earnings are subject to verification and approval
• Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination
• Earnings may vary based on availability and your location
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any earning opportunity
• Payment processing may take up to 24 hours for verification

4. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software
• Providing false information during registration or task completion
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the system
• Engaging in any illegal activities or violating advertiser terms
• Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior in community spaces

5. Payments and Withdrawals
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply based on payment method
• Payment processing fees may apply for certain methods
• We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing payments
• Disputed earnings will be investigated thoroughly with full documentation
• Tax responsibilities are solely yours - we provide earning statements upon request

6. Content and Intellectual Property
• All content on PrizeHour is protected by copyright and trademark laws
• Users retain rights to their submitted content but grant us license to use it
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices

8. Platform Availability
